The China Securities Regulatory Commission has received the review opinions and registration application documents from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding your company's initial public offering of stocks and listing on the main board. According to relevant provisions such as the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Implementation of the Revised Securities Law (Guoban Fa [2020] No. 5), and the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Initial Public Offerings of Stocks (CSRC Order No. 205), after reviewing the review opinions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and your company's registration application documents, we hereby approve the following:
1、 Agree to your company's registration application for initial public offering of stocks.
2、 Your company's stock issuance this time should be strictly implemented in accordance with the prospectus and underwriting plan submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
3、 This approval is valid for 12 months from the date of approval for registration.
4、 From the date of consent to registration until the end of this stock issuance, if your company experiences significant events, it should promptly report to the Shanghai Stock Exchange and handle them in accordance with relevant regulations.
